Bottle at Parker Pie in Vermont. $13.99!!!! Looks like prune juice. Completely flat Nose is acidic. Hint of blueberries but smells more like raspberries Taste is insanely sour! Lovely acetic qualities but there a cider vinegar quality that’s a turn off Nice clean dry and enamel stripping finish

Bottle at Bruce’s. It pours cloudy deep purple with a small white head. The nose is mouldy wood, earth, tart berry, light creaminess and faint jam. The taste is initially tart berry, blueberry, blackcurrant, sharp lemon, light acidity, lime juice, faint vomit and Granny Smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Doesn’t smell all too great, but it is pretty damn delicious. Good work.
