Pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, light citrus, grains and some weird sour notes. Sweet grainy start, sour notes, spelt. Light bitter finish, banana, spelt. Not my cup of tea.
(From 75cL bottle @ RBBSG II, Gent 2013. As La Bière des Bisons. Thanks for sharing, Erwin!)

Sampled from bottle [as Biere des Bisons] @ RBBSG II. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste some lemon, some herbs or spices. Surprising aroma and flavor. Quite refreshing, quite like it.

Courtesy of Erwin. Thx! 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II as « La Bière des Bisons ». Pours an odd hazy citrus colour with a quickly fizzing away white head. Smell is like a mix of cheap lemon lemonade, fake citrus, lemon dish washing liquid, fizzing away,… Tastes of fizzy, very cheap lemon lemonade, sweet citrus, touch very sweet industrial cider, spelt, sweetish,… almost radler-like. Very fizzy body eh not sure what this precisely is supposed to be. Okay as a radler of sorts.

Little cloudy milky white beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lemony, bit sourish, spicy, is this infected? Some orange peel as well. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lemony, hay, sugary, metallic and herbal. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, bit lemony, metallic, banana.

Muddy blond color. Light aroma of malt, citrus fruits and coriander. Fresh, a bit spicy and fruity in the beginning, more bitter at the end. Not exceptional, but quite refreshing.
