Bottiglia.

Bottle at home. Aroma of soft malt, sweetish fruits, some citrus, yeast, a spicy note, coriander. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Body is medium. Pretty agreeable Belgian Blonde, I enjoyed it.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 17 May 2017) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, peaches, citrus and fresh aromas of grass and flowers. Malty, fruity taste with peaches, citrus, grass and a gentle citric bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

On tap Chez Moeder Lambic, Brussels on 25th January 2017. Slightly hazy gold with lasting off-while lacing foam. Tart citrus and yeastiness in aroma. Pungent yeasts, lemony citrus and berry fruits- blackcurrant in-mouth. A very fruity and pungent finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
