Bottle 25cl @ home.Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat - spelt, moderate yeasty, rubber - gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (060708)

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy and pale yellow with a lasting white head. Citric and wheaty/spelt aroma. Light coriander note. Flavour is light wheaty/spelt flavoured. Light spiced and citric. Ends slight acidic and dry with a mild estery note.

330 ml bottle. Hazy, pale golen body with a medium and lively white head. Refreshing aroma of yeast, spices and esters. Flavor is refreshing as well, fruity, spicy and a bit acidulous. I have sampled this beer a few times now, and the ratings are varying quite much. Score from a 750 ml bottle where quite low. Best rating from a stored 330 ml bottle is basic for this rating.

Bottle 0,25l. White/yellowish color. A large white head that lasted for a long time.Modest fruity aroma. Heavy malty and fruity flavor. A bit unvaried.

Frischer milder Antrunk mit einer Note, die zwar getreidig ist, aber anders, als man es sonst kennt. Dumpf, etwas sauer, sehr eigen! Minimal alkoholisch und ebenso minimal würzig ist das Bier im Hintergrund, was den eigenen Geschmack noch deutlicher macht. Die deutlich in den Vordergrund rückenden Kräuter regieren auch den Nachgeschmack, der ansonsten ziemlich leer dasteht und in Teilen deutlich zu wässrig ist. Bottle. Huge gusher - then after cleaning up the walls of the room... light golden beer with a big white head. Light spice and orange citrus aroma with a bit of wheat. Light wheat-like flavor with lots of spice and orange citrus. Big carbonation. medium-light body. Lingering citrus and spice. Refreshing. Not bad.
