33 cl. bottle @ home – thx a lot Tim for this one – according to the bottle it is sold only during summer at Ostend(e) – poured into my Girardin geuze glass- completely clear with a big frothy head – smell is strong air refresher / fake lemon mixed in with some pilsner malts, grains, adjuncts – taste is borderline straight up lemonade mixed with some grass, grains, pilsner malt, adjuncts, synthetic wheat, spices, fake coriander, aftertaste is slight plastic lemon & touch bitter, very fake – strongly carbonated and light – this must be quite refreshing in the summer, overall very fake and a nice alternative to a sorbet when it is warm

Huge, lightly yellowish head, lacey, over clear well-bubbled pale orange-golden beer. Very herbal, spicy nose, citrus & coriander. Coriander overload, to the detriment of all else. Light body, very spritzy, palate professionaly ruined by the infernal weed. Awful, would appear caricatural. Tim, it’s rare, thanks. No wonder...

10/I/2012 - 33cl bottle from Koelschip (Oostende) @ home - BB: 8/VII/13 (2012-20)
Cloudy pale yellowish beer, some chunks floating around, big aery head, unstable, white, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus, bit grassy, some pepper, on warming up more yeast, bit cheesy. MF: quite a lot of carbon, light body. Taste: quite some citrus fruits, bit sweet, turning to a nice bitterness, on warming up it gets a bit medicinal, not so good anymore. Aftertaste: sour, bit herbal, nice bitter finish with piny touch.
