Ruby red colour in stead of brown. Smells sweet, earthy and green plants/twigs. Tastes sweet and wort. Little to no carbo.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s an orange-brown, unclear beer with a dense, two-finger thick, off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has some notes of sour milk, but is mostly sugar sweet and fruity. Fruity like canned tropical fruits. Tropical fruits, caramel and some milky notes in the flavor, quite sugary. Bitter towards the end. Medium body, too carbonated. A refreshing one, but not very interesting. 110502

Bouteille 33cl.

Bottle. Pours brown. Thin tan head. Nose of sea water, dried fig, brown sugar, yeast and grass. Taste is much the same - dry fig and dirty water with yeast, brown sugar and some artificial unidentifiable chemicals. Kind of like soap powder. Medium body.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, ruby amber colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Roasty malty aroma with caramel, berries and a slightly spicy note. Sweet flavour with a tinge of roasty bitterness, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roast-malty and bready taste with caramel and rather restrained fruity notes; sweet-bitter, slightly roasted and fruity finish. Likeable but not overwhelming Ale. 11.I.11
