slightly cloudy pale golden colour, huge, long lasting white head; aroma of yeast, wine cellar, earthy notes and maybe some grassy hops and malts; similar taste - good dry belgian ale

Bottle. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. Fruity, sugary aroma in the typical Belgian blonde way. Some spiced hints in the back, I’m not able to detect which. A herbal note as well actually. The flavor is quite sugary fruity, with apricot and some orange peel. Some spiced and yeasty hints too. Medium body, semi-dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Overall, quite boring, but not bad for a Belgian blond. 131214

Big head, dense, but collapsing, and nice golden colour, with medium carbonation. Smell is sweet, with some spicy notes. Taste is sweet too, candi sugar, and some liquorice while warming up. But it’s quite light, the aftertaste is quite empty, in a couple of seconds nothing remains in the mouth, not really a big taste. Not bad, but average.
