750ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Toffee, dried apricot, peach and hints of hay in the aroma. Biscuity and slightly sweet taste with notes of peach, apricot, sultanas and some faint tart notes. I did not pick up that much brett here. Well, not as much as I was expecting it at least.

Keg and cask at the hanging bat. Fruity and yeasty, a lot more fruit and brett character in the keg.

750ml bottle. Cloudy orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity, minimally yeasty aroma, hints of apricot and melon. Taste is vaguely fruity, very cautiously yeasty, rather expressionless; minimally chalky in the finish. Can’t detect a single hint of brett. Very cautious, almost a bit anaemic and simple.

750ml bottle pours a muddy orange with zero head. Nose of mild honey, malt.... and not much else. Flavor has some flower petal, honey, light lemon and.... not much else. Overly simple. Where’s the brett?

Golden colour, slight white head. Funky aroma, but not in a good way I fear. Butter, buttermilk. Light sour flavour, light diacetyl. Cider and funk. Quite thin body, short finish, butter.

Bottle from Cotridge wines. Peppercorn, mushroom, earthy aroma. Hazy orange white head. Bready, mid sweet. Orange dank. Not classic saison esters. Palate is a bit flabby. Could be dryer.
