Bottle from Plusmarkt Denekamp. Blonde with a touch of orange, hazy. Flowery citric aroma and flavor. Some tangerine. Thinnish, but pleasant easy drinker. Better than the former Leckere Blond.

Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig malzig, Gewürze, blumig.

Boring Belgian blond beer. Has a mild malty taste of bread, but otherwise it’s not very tasty.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, aged hops, light orange peel. Malty flavour, light sweet, yeast, corn. Sweet finish, malts, spicy yeast. Age didn’t do it much harm.

33 cl. bottle sampled – courtesy of Ben. Thx! Roughly 1 year past BBF date. Pours a murky orange with little white head. Nose is aged hops, old oranges, thick yeast, signs of age, somewhat oxidized; corn & lightly lactic. Signs of age also in the taste but has held up decently, thick yeast, corn sweetness, sugar, sweet malts, fading hops, lightly fruity. Bit thinned out body but still quite a bit of yeast. Definitely more enjoyable than the rating here would suggest.

Has a very smooth, creamy malty feel and flavour. It’s a bit plain but unoffensive and easy to drink.
