Bottle from Carrefour in Asturies. Janka likes it better than the expensive champagne from France. Extremely easy drinkable, very refreshing, tasty. Well balanced with moderately rich apple character. Very good.

Bottle from Al Campo. Lote 060431P56C. Sparkling light golden coloured. Nose is initially dry carbo, followed by sour apple, a bit of wood and plasticine. Flavour is medium sweet apple. Acidic, woody, juicy, tart. High carbonation. Slightly sour - acidic finish.

Bottle. Clear pale orange, white mousse vanishes immediately. Apples, slight sulfur, a little tangy. Looks like it’s going to be quite fizzy, but no. Pretty sweet with cooked apples and a little sharpness. The sweetness departs rapidly and there is wood, some tart apple and light spice left at the end. A little on the sweet side for me but plenty going on.

Clear pale yellow body. Bit weak sourish aroma of apples. Heavily sweet, lightly sour flavour - very well balanced and quite complex. Reminds me of good moscato d’asti. Impressive.

Golden colour, no real head. Aroma of green and sweet apples, wood and tobacco/cork. Quite vinous. Flavour sweetish, sweet apple, slight wood. Lightly bitter, some pepper. Finish apples, with some wood coming up again.
