Aroma of brett, wood, apples. Flavour is brett, mild sour. Quite dry and carbonated. Reminds me of Orval, only a little less full. Very refreshing.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny amber colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is green apple skins, some wet dog, mild bretty funk with some slight cinnamon and mild earthy tones. Flavour is green apple skins, some funk, mild earth and some slight wooden tones with some tartness to it as well.

Bottle. Murky amber body with a huge off-white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of boozy orange, farmyard, spices and a hint of nail varnish. Flavour of wood, lemon sorbet and tart berries. Medium body with a frothy texture. Lively fizz. Unusual and complex - but very easy drinking.

Clear amber beer, irregular beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: vinous, sourish, brett, red wine touch, herbal, more brett notes. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, herbal bitterness, citrus, earthy, hoppy, lemony, wood. Aftertaste: citrus, sourish, hoppy touch, bit fruity, roasted, hint of chocolate.

Kolejne cienkie piwo z irytujaca mnie papierowa etykieta. Najladniejsza jest z tego piana, trwala i slimakowa, jak ja to nazywam. Wodnistosc dominuje, leciutkie brak tresciwosci, skromne odczucie kwaskowatosci. Wrazenie sprawia jakby dzikie drozdze nie dokonczyly roboty. Mikkeller powinien uczyc sie od De Ranke, ale historii i doswiadczenia nie przeskoczy. Nie polecam. Dobrze ze juz nie produkowane bo to beszczesczenie gatunku, ktorymi sa zawsze Belgowie i belgijskie borwary, juz nawet nie mikra. Odradzam stanowczo, a zachecam do skosztowania cos z De Ranke itp.

Segun etiqueta Wild Ale elaborada por Mikkeller. Ingredientes: agua, malta, manzanas, lúpulo, canela, levadura y Brettanomyces. Botella de 33 cl en casa, de 2d2dspuma. Marzo de 2013. Una cerveza original con sabores afrutados, ligeramente especiados (muy bueno el ligero toque de canela) y con un toque final ácido y ligeramente amargo. Cuerpo ligero con 6 vol. Bastante original, original sin duda.

Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Hazy orange color, small to medium sized white head. Aroma has quite a lot of brett. Taste is actually pretty nice: brett, slightly fruity, slightly bitter. Nicely balanced, decent body and carbonation.
