Nessun carico ha mai fermato la “Mancina”, gru che torreggiava anche sul pontile di Forte dei Marmi. Chiara dai riflessi dorati presenta intensi profumi di frutta matura (pesca, albicocca, pera e ananas) e un leggero tono speziato donato dal lievito di stampo belga.
Il gusto, caratterizzato da note dolci, è accompagnato dalla leggera luppolatura che contribuisce alla sua inaspettata beverinità e scorrevolezza. Dà il meglio di sé con salumi e formaggi stagionati, primi piatti robusti, piatti di carne elaborati e pasticceria secca.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Hazy bright golden with little white head. Smells of citrus, wheat, light esters and herbs. Sweet wheat, light grains taste, light banana, white bread yeast, touch caramel, flowers, grass, light white pepper in the back. Lightly fizzy. A Belgian eh?

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dorée, léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme citronné avec qcq esters, citronné et un sucré moyen. Palais est plus épais que les autres versions de Forte, côté belge mais aussi d’ester levure très léger. Le tout est épais et pour moi rappelle plus une Hefe allemande, note de girofle en épice avec un houblon en retrait laissant des notes légères d’agrumes et épices.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, moderate yeasty, fruit, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, melon, sweet sweet fruity, flowers, honey ? Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120914]
