Good dense yellowish head over veiled orange-ochre beer. Spicy malts, pepper, ginger, toast; some meaty esters, "hot". Quite yeasty smelling, white candi sugar. Sweet-spicy flavour. Sugared orangepeel, orangecookes, alcohol. Again "hot" fermentation, peppery. Very slick, even a tad chewy. Medium carbonation. Seems not completely fermented out. A tad too sweet for my tooth... 6/4/6/3/13

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry. Good fine carbonation,. Smooth malts, light and a little dry. Typical saison mild herb and sweetish floralness. Mild but very sweet generic fruits. Light dry yeast and a few grains of white pepper. Smooth semi dry finish. Tasty and interesting!

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Gold very slight haze, lasting white head. Estery Belgian yeast aroma with a touch of biscuit. Touch of peach and orange. Rather pleasant to be honest. Some hop on the finish. Rather drinkable. Very Belgian authentic. Quite dry. A dry blond Belgian ale. Rather likeable as I say. Just the right level of hop, fruit, esters and dryness. I liked it.

75cl bottle courtesy of JustinK, batch # L13003. Very good attempt at a Belgian. Aroma and taste are spot on. Finish is very abrupt. Taste is butterscotch, caramel, toffee with velvety smooth mouthfeel. Nice job, Italy!

Cloudy golden color. Sweetish fruity aroma. Sweet flavor, good body strength, with low bitterness and plenty of fruits (yellow stone fruits and banana); light alcohol perception in the end. It has much less yeast character than the other beers from the same brewery.
Not bad, but it just reminds me of American attempts as Belgian styles.
