“Gassa d’amante” è il nome del ‘nodo base’ della marineria e questa vuol essere una birra dalla quale non riuscire a slegarsi. Di colore dorato chiaro, presenta profumi di frutta a pasta gialla e sentori floreali leggermente speziati. Al gusto è caratterizzata da una base delicatamente maltata e da una fresca nota erbacea finale che le donano beverinità e piacevolezza.

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Hazy straw yellow color, white head. Sweet, malty scent, grainy. Malty, light grainy, fresh taste. Low mouthfeel, medium low bitterness. Fresh aftertaste.

Cloudy blond color. Light aroma; the flavor is delicate, some cereals and straws; correct bitterness, with a mild grassy touch.
Simple but not bad.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Hazy golden with a white head. Smell is a bit weak, yeast, touch hay, some wheat-qualities, light esters. Hazy wheat-ness, yeast, citrus, some citrus hops, bitter esters, flowers, grains, spices. Very yeast heavy taste and body. Agreeable.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dorée rappelant les foins, léger trouble, col blanc fin. Arôme de feuille de thé vert, herbacé, fruité sur agrumes. Palais est rappel le houblonnage à cru, note de grains, profile bien houblonné sur une amertume légèrement épicée, reste dans un style belge, palais épais avec belle effervescence. Note de foin.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity, perfumed hops - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120914]

Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, little sweet, spices and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Really Late Summer Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Fresh grass and citrus. Mild yeast and grain. Smooth and dry hoppy. Quenching.
