Nice foggy yellow-orange body with a good solid white head on top. Aroma is like a key lime pie; very citrusy but also coming off as very tasty. Taste is strong citrus notes with a slight witbier hint; carbonation is a little too aggressive. But, other than that, this stuff is good.

500mL bottle, pours cloudy light yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, and yeast. Flavour of yeast, spices, coriander, citrus and orange peel - a little tartness.

This Charlevoix region witbier pours a cloudy golden colour with a big white fluffy head that stays forever (well, almost) and leaves great patchy-chunky lace. Lots of carbonation. Very nice spicy nose at first pour, then the Begian white beer yeast appears and the aromas soften. The oranges are then felt. Average watery mouthfeel with a very mild tart. Refreshing wheat taste with a lemon twist and the yeast present again. I do feel a touch of maple in the aroma and taste too. A pretty good witbier, from a great micro that has a very nice brewpub.

Pours bright gold into a tumbler. Bright white head with good retention slowly recedes to skim surface. Lemon and wheat aromas. Light and dry with corriander and wheat from front to back. Refreshing.

Brown bottle, 500 ml; eye: oraney, nice effervescence, clear, off-white head that resembles champagne but eventually disappears completely; nose: total domination of the coriander, yeast, bread; mouth: coriander towers above everything else, yeast, bread, fizzy, finale in coriander with a hint of yeast, lightly bitter and astringent, medium body, rather thin; overall: enjoyed FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 500 ml; oeil : orangée, belle effervescence, claire, mousse blanc cassé faisant penser à du champagne et qui éventuellement disparaît complètement; nez : dominance de la coriandre, levure, pain; bouche : coriandre qui domine, levure, pain, pétillante, finale en coriandre avec une pointe de levure, légèrement amère et astringente, corps moyen, texture plutôt mince; en résumé : bien aimé

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very unclear, pale golden with a small, white and creamy head. Fresh and very spicy nose. Appears quite light-bodied with fresh, citrusy notes and a distinct spiciness. On top of the usual coriander I detect something that suspiciously reminds me of cardamom! Very fresh with a slight touch of sulphur in the finish. 270106

An unclear orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with coriander standing out, but also fruity notes of oranges. The flavor is also sweet spicy, but here both ginger and coriander are present, as well as notes of oranges.
