Bottle @ joes thx to martinus. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Smells lots of herbs and spices. Tastes herbs and spices mostly, some malts slightly grassy. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bouteille 500ml.

Definitly a good witbier. Blond yellow colour, a lot of carbonation. Nose of smoked meat? Citrus, banana and herbs. Very complex.

Bottle sampled @ Modeste 2012 - hazy orange with a whit head - nose is rich in lemon peel, lemon juice, light coriander - nice bit sweeter, fruitier, take on the style - distinctly belgian in style for me - my friend remarked that you can instantly pick up that this is not a Belgian beer - huge lemony citrus taste, coriander, cloves, herbs, lightly soapy, herbal back, orange peel, light wheat - higher carb accompanied expected lighter feeling body - very good within style

I really enjoyed this, especially for a style I dont usually like. Quite a hoppy profile. Taste is quite bitter for a white. Pours with good lacing and long-lasting head. Cloudy blond. Theres a little yeast but hop profile owns this one. Great. On tap at volos.

(500mL bottle from LCBO. aged ~10 months) Pours a pale straw yellow-gold, with 1.5" of bubbly white head that recedes without lacing. Aroma of pale grain, citrus zest, coriander and other floral spice, musty yeast. Taste typical of light wheat malts, lemon zest, pears, coriander, light pepper and spice, tart barnyard funk note on the finish, quite dry, Mouthfeel fairly light as expected for the style, a tick watery, carbonated heavily with a feel a little too soda-pop rather than champagne. Good wit, not the best.

Refrigerate bottle complements of pushkinwow poured into a weizen glass. Pours bright hazy yellow with fairly big head that dies down some, medium body, and highly carbonated. Taste is wheat, spicy yeast, and coriander. This is great.
