12oz can. Big cucumber, dill aroma. Big cucumber flavor. Pleasantly balanced by the salty tone. An odd creature for sure, but I enjoy cucumber beer, and this one is pretty right on. Not much depth of body, pretty straightforward lightish Gose backdrop. OK.

Weird weird weird. Not from the pickle, mind you, but from the unexpected green peanut notes on the nose and on the back end of the palate. Dill pickle is prominent, as is a commanding salinity. Finishes sour and pickle-ish. It is what it says it is. Except for the peanuts.

$2 can cloudy pale pour. Slight nose of dill pickle. First taste is certainly tart pickle, fer sure. Tastes like somebody took some dill pickle juice from the jar and mixed it with a light beer. Mild gose with a tart dill pickle. I would think this is like drinking a beer while eating one of those big dills out of the barrel. Different, I don't think I ever had a dill beer before, interesting. Uniques fer sher. Spruice tips? I don't know, can find that in here.

Cucumber, dill, malt, and spruce aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate off-white head. Mildly sweet cucumber, dill, lemon, malt, and mildly bitter spruce flavor. Good body and balance. Nice - much better than expected.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 29/12/20. Hazed orange amber with a good sized just off white cap. Nose is cucumber juice, pickled gherkin, damp straw, grass, herbal notes. Taste comprises more pickled gherkins, faint vinegar trace, herbs, grains, sharp citric edge, salts noted. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering salt laden kiss. Fun enough Gose and does what it says on the tin ... couldn't drink a whole load mind!

Sampler at brewery. Hmmm. I don’t get much spruce tips. So look at the regular rating.
