On tap at McKay's, pours a hazy golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle honey and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with honey, cereal and straw. The honey is actually pleasant, with a soft biscuity finish.

12 oz can poured, gifted by luttonm. Thanks! Love the can, and after first sip, I have to say, this is probably my favorite hopped honey ale to my knowledge. Shiny golden pour, mostly clean. Tons of fluffy foam head. Honey, obvious. Hops, a little more subtle. This is one of those beers that taste like, Honey Nut Cheerios turned to beer, beers. This is not a complaint by any means. I think the flavor is practically irresistible. This beer is surprisingly smooth and refreshing. Tasty brew here as an overall. I'd pair this with taking in a ball game anyday.

Can from Total Wine, Bellevue. Unclear golden-orange with a sheeting head and strong lace. Pale malt, dough, a little honey. Floral and grassy notes. Pretty bright and clean, mildly bitter. Nice honey sweetness. I like it.

12 oz can from Pilgrim’s. Aroma is grainy, honey, SweeTarts. Pours hazy golden with a one finger white head that falls quickly into a ring. Taste is sweet with a strong honey flavor; finishes with a light bitterness. Most honey beers I’ve had have just a hint of the flavor, but this is really strong here. Not sure how this is a Belgian style ale. Just tastes like a golden ale with honey. Better than I expected.

I have no idea what style this should go under. I also feel like there is a series of beers with honey made for hotels every year from Pike but I can’t seem to find out much about these beers. Well, whatever, I picked up this bomber at a Total Wine and have never seen it anywhere else. Dark golden almost orange color. No lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, sweet sugars, not super sweet. Same in flavor. Despite what the label says, its actually a low hoped beer. Fortunately, the sweetness isn’t not that weird honey herbaly sweetness. Low bitterness. Regular boring ale.
