What a better idea to use seasonal fruit from the garden?! We decide to add a tone of mirabelles, those small round yellow plums, into a rye wheat session. the result is pretty dry and very fruity. The dry hop of azacca make it even more juicy...

33cl bottle. A minimal hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild mirabelles and mild sweet wheat malt. Taste of sweet wheat malt and mirabelles.

On tap at Beerstorming. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong rye, straw, wheat, yeast, spice. Thin body, rye, wheat, earth, spice, light dry finish, good.

Bottle from a shop in the Ardennen, many thanks to Anke! Clear yellow, thin, white head. Aroma of unripe peach, plum, mandarin, pineapple, yoghurt. Taste has sourish plum, peach, bitter stonefruit's stone, sweetish pineapple, a bit lactic & wheat. Earthy hoppy finish, lingering peach stone, plum & wheat. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Okay!

33cl bottle from Carrefour @ Cours St Michel in Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: blonde, hazy. A: wheat fruity, yellow plums, peach, floral. T: light malty base, fruity, bit wheat, floral, dry on the palate, peach, spicy, medium carbonation, decent bitterness, nice hoppy (yet IBU only 15) and easy drinkable, enjoyed.
