Deep red with a small white head. Red berry notes with some vegetal notes. Soured red berries and a clean finish. Not really as described but decent.

473mL bottle, pours a deep dark pink with a tiny head. Nose is full of tart blueberries, lots of lacto, and a tiny hint of salt. Flavour is very fruity, with tart jammy blueberries, moderate lacto, a little coriander, and a touch of salt. Jammy and tart, with a nice blueberry depth. Great stuff.

Bright purplish red, no head, a big spicy berry notes, rich and tart, lots of blueberry, this has a crazy distinctive character.
