Ambar oscura, abundante espuma. Consistentemente turbia. Buen aroma lupulado. Buena textura y cuerpo para una de las mejores cibeles. Base acaramelada y sabrosa, floral, naranja... Muy amarga, propia del estilo. Bien hecha.

Hazy amber with loads of tan head. High aromas of honey, apple, quince, peach, mango and passionfruit. Fizzy and fresh, with a pleasant bitter note. Very nice, you may have two in a row.

Peachy hop nose. Orange amber, low head. Fine grassy, pine needle and dry grape hoppiness on a orangepeel fruity base. Surprisingly dry and lightbodied, pleasant actually in contrast to the usual resinny/slimy afair. Dangerously drinkable and quite pleasant.

Bottle [thanks to Teddybeer] @ home shared with Thompson. A bit hazy dard orange color, full sized white to off - white head. Smell malts, hops, nicely fruity. Taste malts, hops, a touch of sweetness and some bitter. Medium body, average to medium carbonation. Hmm not as good as I had hoped.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Murky amber with a fluffy beige head. Aroma of hops, slightly stale, slightly piney, and some malt. Sweetish malty flavor with caramel, graininess, some slightly stale hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

At a tasting, thanks teddybeer, big bubbley head, very hazy dep orange colour, aroma of jam, grain, hay and a hint of bee wax, flavour of orange marmalade and grain, medium bitterness but not enough to combat the sweetness. Not really an imperial IPA.

26/12 A 0.33 l bottle, this one was from teddybeer, thanks! It poured hazy darker orange body with medium sized white or ivory head. Orange hop aroma was intertwined with fine toasted malts, like caramel. Flavor was more sweet than bitter with fine orange fruity hops and toast and caramel notes. Medium to full in body with creamy texture and fine, long fruity finish. Although those sweetish orange hops are aromatic and interesting, straightforward Cascade would be more effective. Or it’s just a habit? Anyway, finally a really nice one from Cibeles!

Huge thanks to heavy, again, for bringing this from Madrid. Poured a cloudy golden body with a slightly off white head, somewhat small. Dusty, light aroma hopiness in the nose, heavy peachy maltiness though. Slightly dusty aromatic peachy hop notes in the taste, fresh, again lovely fruity aromatics from a Spanish beer, two in a row. Extremely balanced, and while light for a double IPA, definitely far better than I thought it would be.

Bottled. A murky amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, caramel, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, dusty hops, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
