The 2007 Anniversary Ale features prominent usage of Cascade hops– the signature hop used in Sierra Nevada’s most popular product, Pale Ale. It is an American Style IPA with a big, fragrant pine and citrus hop aroma balanced by the sweetness of two-row pale and caramel malt. It finishes with an additional Cascade dry-hopping creating a big hop aroma Sierra Nevada fans will look forward to.

400ml. Guest ale on tap at Bishops Arms, Linköping. Dark amber body with a lasting, medium white hue. Prominent smell of floral hops. Tangy hops up front on a dusty malty backbone. Solid bitter notes in the ending. Soft texture. A good version of my favourite type of beer (26.01.2008).

Bottle from Oddbins. Deep Amber colour with a big, tight white head and plenty of carbonation. Strong pine and floral hop aroma with some supporting malt. Flavour had some caramel before a long, dry hoppy finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, grass / flowers, light grapefuity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nice balancede and easy to drink. (251207)

Clear copper beer with a small head. Wonderful big cascade aroma of grape and pine. Slightly sweet flavour with plenty tasty cascade hop flavour and bitterness to balance.
Cask at GBBF 2008. Quite fruity with lots of toffee. Same exact numbers

Hazy golden color. Good hoppy aroma, earthy, manure, rubber, a bit fruity. Good caramel flavor, slim, some late sweetness, and a powerful hopping, of good quality. The final is a bit thin, but good and long, with caramel and hops. Very well brewed.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. Fresh, citrusy nose. Medium body, lightly sweet malts and again lovely citrus and peach notes before the dry-as-a-bone finish with some bitterness. An IPA right up my alley. 171107
