Cloudy, bright color and a white head. Crisp, nice body with peppers and decent hoppy.

330ml bottle, edition 2020, beer gift from Finn. Shared with djoeye. Unclear golden body, bubbly white head, fair lacing. Faint mid-dry lemony aromas. Moderate taste of spiced fruit, dry lemon and lime. Drying lemony ending. So and so.(PivotekaH7 session, Tromsø 28.09.2020).

Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gylden. Nesten klar. Skumring. Limearoma. Smaken lime. Spor av pepper. Kjedelig.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2021.
Dorée paille, col fin blanc crémeux.
Arôme présente un bouquet houblonné plaisant, citron vert marqué avec une pointe de menthe. Côté Mosaic retrouve un effet un peu pin. Le poivre de Sichuan, quant à lui, offre un nez un peu plus centré sur les agrumes avec un effet de bergamote et une pointe d'écorce d'orange.
Palais est aidé par le houblonné, ici le Lemondrop vient ajouter un caractère fruité de citron vert, le tout virant sur un feuillu mentholé super frais qui se complète bien avec l'apport fruité du citron vert et le côté fin agrume du poivre qui confère. Ce citron vert apporte une petite note acidulée qui se mêle super bien avec l'amertume des houblons.

@ BXL Beer Fest. Hazy golden colour. Sweet aroma with tart lemony hints along with some bitterness. Subtle notes of peppers.

Tap. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sweet and sour, fruity, citrus, sugar. Overall: ok.

BXL ‘19. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of lemon, urinal cakes and herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Flowery, soft Szechuan peppers, wheat, light tropical fruits, soft citrus. Medium sweet and light tart and bitter. Medium bodied.
