A bottom-fermented premium lager made using malt, brewers’ maize hops and water. The very best raw materials, a long maturation and the lightness of the water from the Biella Alps have, since 1846, given this beer a satisfying and refined taste profile. A balanced beer with a noteworthy floral and fruity aroma thanks to the special yeasts used in its manufacture.

Not great, not bad, a mix between a lager and a belgian sweet beer, notes of malt, honey, bitterness with the hop, lack of aromas, 15.04.18, at one pizza al taglio bar Domodossola, in family.

10/VII/25 - 33cl bottle, shared @ Taverna del Falconiere (Castell’Arquato, IT), BB: VI/2026, L25084B 04 (2025-662)

Clear pale gold beer, big creamy white to off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, a bit metallic, hay, cow fodder, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, some cardboard, hay, a bit sweet, slightly bitter, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: soft acidity, cardboard, hay, cow fodder, very boring plain lager, ok but nothing more.

From tap at an Italian restaurant. Malt with notes of straw, cereal, some corn. Light to moderate bitter, light sweetish. Not the worst Pale Lager.

Bottled. Some fruits and a light sweetness, better than most pale lagers. Backlog from 2011!

A pale golden pour with a snow white head. Aroma is mild porridge, soap suds. Dry, thin, watery. Abrupt finish. A bad one.
