Bottle. Banana, clove, sour wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color color with large head. Wheat malt flavor with only a slight hint of banana (minimal phenols). A straight forward wheat beer with little typical weizen characteristics.

bottle. Cloudy amber yellow, large and creamy head. Lovely aroma of malt and banana. Very malty, slightly sweet with intensive flavours of banana and hints of citurs fruit. Astonishingly ful-bodied and full of flavour @ only 4.5% ABV. A great Hefeweizen!

0.5 l bottle from a Merkur in Graz. Poured murky darker orange to brownish body with big white head. Not so intensive, but pleasant weizen yeast aroma with banana and mango, spiced with some herbs. Flavor pretty empty, quite thin bodied, with some fruity sweetness dominating throughout I finished my glass. As regular weizen, this was quite low carbonated. And finish was medium long, sweet, pleasant but nothing complex so was quite boring. Not bad of course, but I was not impressed at all with brewery’s new beer...

Bottled(500ml). -Hazy orange/pale brown coloured, medium sized creamy head, light yeasty and banana nose. Yeasty and very fruity (banana and orange) taste with mild acidic finish. Typical Edelweiss Weissbier. Simple and easy drinkable brew.

0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ozujsko (thanks!) Poured a dark orange-brown colour, with a thick big white head that went away fast. The nose... big banana, cloves, some yeastiness. The taste is pleasant, bit yeasty... banana, touch of orange, and not much else. Not all that complex, but a pleasant, refreshing lighter hefe. I like this brewery.
