Draught at MBCC 2018, red session.
Deep red, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, light pink head.
Aroma of dark berries, cherries, moderate funk, red apples.
Tastes of sour berries, sour cherries, apples, wood, moderate funk.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, a bit sweet, a bit wooden, very fruity, with berries and cherries.

Very nice. Fruity, funky and quite sour, very fresh to drink. Not outstanding in my opinion, but still a beautiful, well balanced Sour.

Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh cassis notes with some tart notes with light oak and subtle funky notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of balanced notes of fresh cassis with some oak and light tart notes with some light residual sugar notes with a light funky finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super well balanced with limited acidity, some good drinkability with plenty of complex notes.
