Sehr schön gestaltetes Etikett. Gute Schaumentwicklung. Tief dunkle braune Farbe. Gute Substanz. Die erstaunlichen 6,0 % Alkohol merkt man gar nicht. Gefällt mir insgesamt sogar etwas besser, als das schon sehr anständige helle Sebaldus Weizen.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Malty-yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Light sourish notes. Hints of plum. Finish well balanced, still with a soft sourish touch. Interesting.

500ml bottle. Hazy, chestnut colour with average, thick, sudsy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish wheaty, minimally nuttily, malty aroma, hints of banana, a touch of caramel, dusty and minimally pepper-spicy, yeasty overtones. Taste is dry, grassy hoppy and minimally sweet, wheaty and caramel malty, nutty, hints of banana, mild yeasty spiciness. OK.
