0,5 l bottle with an good looking old school label art. Muddy dark brown in the glass, light tanned huge foamy head. Yeast and light herb banana on the nose. Starts bitter, only hints auf banana. Later more bitterness, burned malt. Low fruity. Not really an easy to drink summer beer.

Bottle @ Home. Pours cloudy cola like brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of wheat, little yeast, bread, light tart fruit. Flavor is wheat, yeast, bread, caramel, fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation. 240314

Pours brown with a stable creamy white head. Nose is bread, fruit and wheat. Flavor has some tart fruit, wheat, banana and caramel.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, würzig, Röstmalz.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ Courtesy of æHDer ]. Hazy - murky matt medium brown amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, clove, light banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramel, wheat, yeasty, paper - yeast bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131112]

Bottle, 6.0%. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is roasted with a little banana. Does not taste that "dark" except for the lack of distinct banana and citrus, I guess.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours cloudy brown with abundant and stable off-white head. Clear aroma of banana, malt and yeast. Sweetish flavour of banana with estery notes and hints of hops. Slightly watery. Rough finish. OK but nothing special.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a huge off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light estery. Dry, estery and light fruity. Toasted malty and estery fruity finish.
