We brewed this American-style Amber with a blend of Crystal and Munich malts for a rich flavour and deep colour. We used a West Coast ale yeast to showcase the malt and Centennial, Columbus and Summit hops.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear amber body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of hard candy and sweet tea. Flavour of wood and toffee with a slightly sharp finish. Medium body with a slick, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Soft flavour. Sweet and sharp. Good.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Clear, dark, reddy amber. Film and ring of lacing, pale beige head. Nose has burnt, plum jam. Some toffee. Some minty, herbal hop. Taste has a burnt, caramel sweetness. Gets fairly punchy, herbal, and oily citrus bitter. Medium body. A little sticky. Crisp fizz. More of the oily, citrus bitterness to finish.
