50cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of ripe fruits, caramel. Taste of reddish malt, caramel, resins, moderate bitterness.

Ty Grumbo. Pours amber. Aroma and flavor are sweet, malty, bit grainy, caramelly, dry, some citrus. Carbonation is on the high side. Finish is dry. Overall: good. 3.7

Bottle from an offi in Cambridge. Decent enough malty strong bitter. Enjoyable enough without being anything to write home about. Another Protz 300 tick.

Cask @ Crosse Keys, London. Clear amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150218

Cask @ Crosse Keys, London. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, little caramel, malt and hops. Sweet finish with notes of licorice.

Cask in Waterend Barn St Albans. Amber colour, minimal head. Aroma is biscuit, caramel, a bit of herbal hops. Light bitterness. Light body. Good.

red brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are very malty. Quite sweet. Very smooth, creamy texture.

Bottle from the Coop at Norwich Station. Pours amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, citrus, nut and very slight chocolate. Medium plus sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite decent.

(Bottle) Clear amber brown with almost no head. Light caramel aroma with hints of apples of pears. Medium body with slightest prickly carbonation. Taste is dark toffee and raisins with some spicy notes and a hint of bitterness in the finish. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
