A touch of roast malt for a light amber brew with a slightly sweet nutty flavour.

Citra hops to the fore give tropical hop notes and aromas of lime and passion fruit with a refreshingly long aromatic finish.

30th June 2015: cask pint into a dimpled jug, Briar Rose, a Spoons in Birmingham. Pale amber body, thin white head that tried to leave some lacing. Not as aromatic as the name suggests: some floral notes in the nose and hints of Tropicana. Light malts in the flavours with a floral hop like finish. Decent enough blend but lacked depth and character.
