Dry-hopped Weizen Bock-style wheat beer, the Dolden Bock is orange-colored with creamy foam. The aromas are sweet, ripe fruit (banana) and yeast. On the palate the scents are well balanced between the fruity notes and the more floral and herbaceous notes given by hops.

Lahev: Orangey coloured, cloudy, small off-white foamy layer; moderate fruity and medical-hoppy nose, wheat and yeast underneath; moderate to solid bitter-sourish flavour with a residual sweetness underneath, medium bodied, not smooth; medical hops well detectable in the lingering bitter-sourish finish. Well… Not great!

330ml bottle. Murky, opaque, grey-golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Intense floral, grassy and herbal hoppy aroma, notes of recently mowed hay, hints of weed, herbs with citrus touch, balm, lemongrass, woodruff, green smoothie, pear with basil sorbet. Taste is sweet-ish, fruity, floral, grassy and herbal hoppy, notes of pear and apple, a touch of banana, hints of basil, woodruff, green smoothie; minimally biting hop bitterness throughout. Fresh and refreshing, intense, highly drinkable; unique composition of fruity and herbal flavours - excellent.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, grasig. Geschmack sehr hopfig, grasig, bitter, frisch.
