Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Cris. Cloudy golden. Fruity hops aroma, a bit stale. Dry Flavor with lots of fruity hops, just slightly stale. Pretty nice.

(bottle, 33cl, gusher) Cloudy, golden colour with yeast chunks floating around and a huge and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, fruity and moderately resin-spicy hoppy aroma with notes of apricot, orange and tropical accents. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a prickly and slightly sharp carbonation. Yeasty and mildly malty base with very fruity hoppy and milder resiny accents, including notes of stone fruit and exotic flavours, like pine apple and passion fruit; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with a little fizz. I guess something went wrong with my sample bottle, but never mind, still another goody from O.W. 28.IX.16

Bottle. Cloudy orange, creamy golden lace. Lovely candied orangepeel and pineapple aroma initially, degrades a bit to a coppery note after a little while. Full creamy mouthfeel with sparkles, light alcohol burn to the back. Grassy, leafy bitterness, light piney resin, light sticky, orange oil retronasal. Nice.

Intensiv fruchtiger Start. Frischer süßer Hopfen, Aromen von Orangen und Litschi, vollmundig. Mildes helles Malz. Langer, voluminös fruchtig hopfiger Nachhall. 11/12/12/14/11/13

*Bottle from Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover. Very nice fruity nose. Smooth body, slightly sweetish but great harmonising with the fruity yellow body. Tropical fruits, mango, peach, pineapple. Yellow and round with a moderate bitterness and fresh piney hops. Great combination with this variety.

330 mml bottle tasted on the 21/08/2016 as part of the European Summer Secret Santa 2016 (many thanks to the BeerHunter). Hazy dark orange colour with a huge froathy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and hops. Taste is basically tropical fruits (mango, maracuja...) and hops. Next one please!

21-08-16 // 330ml bottle. Unfortunately gushing. Pours a cloudy dark orange colour with big stable whitie head. Apricot, Mango in the nose. Medium sweet body. Maracuja and apricot in the mouth, hints of red berries. Good bitterness. And again a great job in their SHIPA-series. Belongs to my Top3 so far.

0,33 l bottle. Unclear orange with a frothy one finger head. Very fruity nose, some hop and yeast in the background. Taste starts with some decent orange and citrus, maybe apricot fruit. Hop in the second row. Later increasing dry grain. Smooth palate, nearly creamy, but also fresh. Hidden alcohol, reaches the stage only at the end. Best of the Shipa series so far. In my humble opinion.
