Clear and golden with a big frothy white head and cut grass on the nose. Light malt and hoppy bitterness nicely combined with hints of fruit (grape?) coming through

Flaska från Bierothek. Klar ljusgul vätska med medelhögt kritvitt skum. Lätt och krispig, säd, hö och blommor, lätt kropp, lättdrucken och trevlig.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Floral hops, grain and grass in the aroma. Floral, slightly herbal and faintly buttery taste, almost Czech-like, with a moderate bitterness and some very subtle yet noticeable metallic notes.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours almost clear golden colour with a large thick foamy white head. Aromas of grains, grass, white bread and a slight metallic note. Taste is more grains, doughy white bread and grassy hops. I’m also getting a hint of floral. Again a slight metallic note lingering on the finish. Quite malty at first then grassy hops take over. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Average Pils but a decent enough example of the style.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with nice biscuity pale mats, a little straw, light bitter husk. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tidy finish, more pale grain, biscuits. Nice and drinkable.

Bottle picked up direct from the brewery webshop, Miltenberg, consumed at home Saturday 3rd April 2021 listening to Dry Cleaning - New Long Leg. Now about to start cooking Prawn, Clam, Scallops, Feta and Tomatoes. Clear pale straw to light gold, excellent clarity, white head. Nice bitterness, light fruity nice dry finish, good pils which I could be a bit more descriptive with a Pilsner rating.
