Reveller is a party for the senses - hold the glass up to the light as you pour the straw-coloured cider and listen to the bubbles gently break the surface. Then the revels really get going, with the cider’s rich, savoury aroma sparking thoughts of dishes such as baked apple and apple sauce. The taste is lighter than the aroma suggests, helped by the gentle sparkle. Reveller is light, crisp and refreshing with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish.

A palate-cleansing counterpoint to a hearty roast pork dinner or crispy pork belly - or sup with a bag of crunchy, salty pork cracklings.

Bottle from Quality Save, Manchester. Pale golden coloured. The apple aroma and flavour is light, but it does linger long in the palate where it’s probably at its most stated. Nice and crisp with a small fizz.

Bottle at the ledger rooms jdw. Clear pale gold coloured pour with a fleeting effervesce. Aroma is sharp apple, light semi sweet Apple. Crisp. Flavour is clean and crisp tart apple, pretty easy going. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, moderate carbonation. Better than a lot of the alcohol pop ciders.

Smaksprøve på Tufnell Park Tavern, med Julian og Kitty : engelske epler, epler og epler i skjønn forening. Ikke for søt, ikke for sur. Bare en god cider uten det kunstige preget som de masseproduserte har.

Draught @ Euston tap. No head. Sweet at first then turns bitter with a nice natural apple taste in the after taste.

500ml bottle at home. Label says "a riotous celebration of apples" which is a slight exaggeration.. it’s nice, light and green apple sweet but just a bit thin on the ground for me.

500ml bottle from Cider Tap, Euston. Clear pale yellow golden colour, sparkling but no head to speak of, and aroma of fruity apple. Juicy apple flavour with some sweetness and alittle tartness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Straightforward but enjoyable cider.
