At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. pale gold clear thin white head. Some decent hop on aroma. Pretty decent lager. Thats a pretty decent lager touch of puke and then decent hop on finish.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours clear, light gold with a small, foamy white head. Sweet cereal and light vegetal nose, some wet hay. Very nice flavor, medium sweet, some toasted malts, cereal, straw and hay. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet, semi-crisp finish, some modest crackery and straw bitterness, very mild earth. Original review text: Keg at the Jolly Butchers - Stokey. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a tight, creamy white head. Pleasant aroma of biscuits, dough, faint hay. Light sweet flavour with continuing basic biscuity character, mellow bitterness, some cereal, white bread. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, with further simplistic bready, biscuity character, impressions of tangerine meringue, very slight bitter hay. Quite a basic lager, but very drinkable.
