345ml bottle into schooner glass. Sweet malty apple nose. Golden amber cider with fluffy white head which stays. Highly carbonated. Full-bodied and tangy, not too sweet. Finish is slighly sour with a touch of sherbet. Not bad.

345ml bottle from Beer Cartel, Sydney. Deep golden colour, white foam head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is bittersweet apple, light apple skin, vanilla, tangy sour, hint of funk. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry slightly tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at King St. Brewhouse and Restaurant, Sydney, on July 11, 2013.Part of a sample paddle.Clear golden color, white head. Apple, dry, a bit vinous taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. sweet and vinous aftertaste. Sweet, apple, light vinous scent.

(Tap) clear coppery with slight white head. Very slight apple aroma. Medium body and carbonation. God apple flavour with nice balance of tart and sweet. Overall a decent cider.
