Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2019. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grapes, brett, yellow fruits. Taste of tart grapes, brett, yellow dry fruits.

0,33l bottle at Vienna gathering shared by SinH4, big thanks. dark yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, flowery, bit rubbery. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, spices, herbal, light molasses, bit yeasty, peppery. finishes dry and light bitter with notes of spices, earth and leathery notes. quite nice one.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is white wine, orange juice, light funk. Taste is white wine, orange juice, lactic, well-balanced, a bit woody, leathery, grape must. Oily mouthfeel with fizzy-ish carbonation. Very good!

Grey pale yellow, offwhite head. Grape and citrus, orangepeel, light Brett. Medium light body, perfumed into the aftertaste on grapes, apples, light dry grain. Very interesting.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold, many thanks! Tasted on the 18/09/2018 at «Mimosas». In short: Interesting hybrid beer with lot of fruits and a medium sour and dry finish. Champagne style beer. Color naranja claro con una espuma media y notable trazas de azúcar. La influencia vinosa se nota desde la apertura con un olor a uvas, madera, azúcar y levadura. En boca es claramente achampanada destacando por las levaduras salvajes y las uvas dulces. La carbonatación es baja y la acidez es media. Es una mezcla interesante y los ocho grados están muy bien compensados con la acidez. Sorprendente y agradable. Next one please!!

Würziger, süß-säuerlicher Geruch. Wenig säuerlicher Antrunk, erhöhte Karbonisierung mit sektähnlichem Mundgefühl, trocken. Trauben, harmonisch, Süffig, die hintergründige, sehr leichte Süße steigert die Süffigkeit. Interessant! 8/12/10/10/12/11

0.33 l bottle from 'Hopfenrausch', bottled in July 2018. Slow gusher! Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, mainly sourish, rather fruity, vinous and even a little funky aroma of lemon, gooseberry, grapes and some wood. Minimally sweet, fairly dry, medium sour, rather fruity taste of lemon, grapes, gooseberry, some rhubarb and a touch of wood, followed by a short, medium tart, very dry, vinous and a little spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty and well-balanced Sour, quite complex as well, is this a German beer?!
