(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with green grapes, lemon and old sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grape juice, green apples, citrus and a dry and tart finish with hardly any bitterness. More than medium body, with a hint of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, leaning in the white wine direction. Very nice.

Bottle, note: expired but I still have high hopes. Color like Apple juice, very little head. Strong sour nose, apricot, sweet Brett funkiness. High carbonation. Great mouthfeel, sweet and sour, grapey with hints of lemon, yuzu, melon, white wine... This is as major beer! No ill effects of the 5mo past expiration date.

Bottle at home from Biervana, Munich, 7th September 19. Pours a straw colour, light haze. Aroma is lemon, vinous and yeast. Taste is tart, some sweet, lemon, orange, grape skin. Interesting, but not my favourite from the brewery.

12-08-18 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Unclear orange, small white head. Nose of farmhouse and some Pferdecke with an underlaying grape sweetness. Light bodied drinkig despite 8% ABV. Great Berliner Weisse base with a slighlty bretty aroma and a mild wild acidity. Grains and hay support the belgian saison yeast. Mild wineous notes with some grape fruitiness. Soft sparkling carbonation. Wineous aroma lasts for a while in the mouth. Stunning hybrid!
