330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally musty, grainy, strawy, bready and minimally spicy, pale malty aroma, some bread crust, whiffs of horse dung. Taste is mildly bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy and slightly bready and spicy, pale malty, low residual sweetness, hints of bread crust, a touch of protein; lingering, hoppy finish.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Fairly meaty, balanced, focussed - pretty decent.

Schönes Bier von der Brauerei Bruch, das aufgrund seiner Frische im Sommer noch besser schmeckt . Noch besser vom Fass. Hellgelb und hefetrüb, gemischtporige mäßig stabile Blume. Im Duft und im Geschmack hopfig-zitrisch mit einer schönen Säure, die das Bier ungemein frisch und süffig macht, relativ trocken, leicht würzig und eine deutliche sehr gut integrierte Bittere im Abgang.

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍺 Tight white foamy head stayed on a cloudy lemon coloured still body. Light citrus & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, gassy & sharp on the back with a dry clean back. Bitter lemon, herbal, yeast, spices & medicinal tastes. Deece.

Bruch Zwickel, Fläschchen aus Tausch mit Erzengel - Danke, Gabriel! Aufmerksam wurde ich auf dieses Bier durch den sehr lesenswerten Blog Schlimmerdurst.net. - Leicht grünlich gelb, gut trüb. - Nase mild hefig mit nicht zu knapper grasiger und zitroniger Hopfenherbe und den unschön metallischen Noten von Hopfenextrakt. - Antrunk hefig weich, ein wenig plörrig-plastikartig süßlich hellmalzig und derb grasig gehopft. Durchschnittlich rezent, trocken. Im Abgang recht ruppige, leicht blecherne Bittere. - Eckig gehopftes, unrundes aber doch erfrischendes weil gut bitteres Bier. Eher was für den Biergarten als für den gepflegten Biergenuß, wie Schlimmerdurst zu Recht feststellt. (15.12.2019.)
