A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: funky, manure, some fermented apples. Taste: same, very funky, balanced. Overall: nice one.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 29 July 2022) Hazy yellow colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of pears, citrus and green apples. Fruity, slightly tart taste with pears, lemon, green apples, grass and oak wood. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a refreshing, slightly woody, acidity. Very nice.

[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy pale blonde. Pear and apple, okay. (7/3/7/3/14=3.4) Aug 06, 2022 (5/3/5/2/10=2.5): Poured @ FHF 2022 (backlog notes from Aug 06). Hazy blonde with minimal white head. Pears and well... some issues with this one. Maybe it was out in the sun for too long.

Hazy. The aroma is all wrong - compost and hot garbage. Some pear juice in here, but fermentation problems are rather dominant. Yikes.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma isn't pleasant, with garbage funk, tart pears… ugh. Flavour is garbagey, with funk, crappy pears and some skins. This isn't good at all. Poor.

Tap at Muted Horn. Unclear palest yellowish color with no head. Aroma is super funked up pear, tickles your nose. Taste is pear and apples, with quite a tart bite. Dry finish, mild sparkle. Wow, this is seriously funky!
