Tap at Moe’s. Cloudy golden with a fine, pillowy head. Bready nose, grassy, herbal hops. Malty, some dough, touch of dms, lemon, herbs. Decent, not perfect condition.

Bottle at Zapfhahn Bamberg. Clear gold lasting white head. A little buttery maybe but no Diacetyl comes strongly through. Some nettle hop bitterness on the finish. definitely light butter on the nose. OK.

Klare goldene Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaummkrone. Geruch grasig hopfig, getreidig. Geschmack sehr getreidig, grasig, hopfig, dezent bitter.

Many thanks for this bottle to Beerhunter111. Pale yellow gold color with a decent head. Light bready sweetness in aroma and flavor.

50cl from bottle @ Moe’s sportsbar, Bamberg. Clear golden yellow colour with a nice white head. Smells malty, fresh, nice. Tastes malty.. Just a decent pilsner. Always hard to rate. Thin to medium body, nice carbo, high drinkability.

Draught @ Brauerei Kaiser, Grasmannsdorf 9, Grasmannsdorf, Bavaria Germany 96138.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, sweet grain - malt, butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130511]

Süffiger, mild getreidiger Antrunk mit leichtem Hopfenton. Sehr mild, der Hopfen wird zum Ende hin prägnanter, hält sich aber auch hier etwas bedeckt. Etwas erdig, was zu einem trockenen Finish führt. 8/9/8/8//9

Ceramic mug, as "Bier". Golden colour. Pretty buttery, minerally, hoppy and lots of diacetyl. There’s a funny note in here, too. Flawed, could be good without the butter.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden colour. Nice big stable white head. The flavour is mild, low bitterness. Is OK malty, but there is not much else to it. Very clean, and more like a Helles or an Export.

Bottled (BBE 11/08). Found in cellar. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy and quite saltwatery with some slight bready hints. Flavour is strong grass with saltwater and also some bready malts. Sweetish malty and grassy aftertaste.
