On tap at Schalander Hausbrauerei, Berlin. Clear golden, small off-white head. Bready and grainy aroma, light grassy and herbal hoppy presence. Bready flavour, slightly doughy, moderate bitterness. Smooth and sweet with a soft texture.

Visited the brewpub on 12th October 2021: Three of their beers on tap, tried them all. This was first, board said 5% ABV. Light haze to the golden pour, white crown on top. Nice, easy blend of hops and malts, grainy/grassy nose, hoppy finish in the taste.

On tap at Schalander, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small quite head. Aroma brings out grassy hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and grassy, with dry grassy hops, straw, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp and grassy. Good stuff.

10-01-19 // on tap at the brewpub. Very fine Pilsner. Smooth and grainy. Good hop aroma. Medium bitter at 37 IBU.

On tap at the Brewpub in Berlin. Hazy golden with a white head. On the light side with grass, malt and bread. The finish was medium bitter.

Gezapft im Brewpub im RAW Gelände. Helles Gelb, leicht getrübt, etwas fester Schaum und geringe Kohlensäure. Aroma: Zitronig-Hopfig, könnte auch ein Radler sein... Geschmack: Getreide, Heu, Malz (aber nicht süß), leichte Bitterkeit, schwerer als das Aroma versprach. Etwas Zitrone.

Hell herber, dumpf hopfiger Antrunk. Sehr trocken bitterer Mittelteil, was sich auch im Nachgeschmack fortsetzt. Minimal steigender Hopfen. 12/10/8/9//10

Vom Faß in der Wirtshausbrauerei Schalander, Berlin. - Goldgelb mit leichtem Grünstich, trüb. In der Nase Hefe und frischer, leicht zitroniger Hopfen. Im Antrunk zupackend fruchtiger Hopfen mit angenehmer grasiger Schärfe, perfekt eingebunden in Hefe und helles Malz. Gut bitterer Abgang, längerer Nachtrunk. - Sehr schönes, gut gehopftes unfiltriertes Pilsener.
