PINTA Happy End / Koniec Świata - nasza interpretacja stylu Sahti zadebiutowała 1 grudnia 2012 pod nazwą Koniec Świata. W kolejnych latach w wersji na export dostępna była pod nazwą Happy End. Dziś, gdy żegnamy się z Zawierciem tym wyjątkowym piwem, nazwa Koniec Świata - Happy End znów nabiera niezwykłej aktualności. Popijając zimne Sahti, piwo inne niż wszystkie, wznosimy toast za całą Załogę Browaru na Jurze. Serdecznie dziękujemy za lata współpracy, doświadczeń, sukcesów i wspólnej nauki. Wasze Zdrowie!
PINTA Koniec Świata - gęsty zacier powoli przesącza się przez warstwę świeżo ściętych gałęzi jałowca. Filtrat nie jest gotowany, ale od razu szczepiony gęstwą drożdżową. Po kilkunastu dniach mętne, nienagazowane i cholernie mocne „prapiwo” można chochlą nalewać do kubków. Można się rozgrzać. Tak Finowie warzą swoje Sahti od setek lat. Tak Sahti nawarzyła PINTA. Koniec Świata. Zastanów się dwa razy zanim kupisz. Fermentowane z użyciem drożdży piekarskich w temp. pokojowej.
Skład: słody jęczmienne: pale ale, wędzony jęczmienny, sód zytni; szyszki chmielu Lubelski (PL), owoce jałowca, drożdże piekarskie.

0.5l bottle. Malty and yeasty aroma, banana, spicy notes. Hazy golden color, white head. Malty and hopy taste, dominant wheat, banana and spicy notes, light sweet, sour and bitter. Full body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation and malty sweet and sour finish. Ok.

Mocno zmętnione, barwa jasno pomarańczowa. W aromacie zbożowe z akcentami drożdżowymi. W smaku o dziwo słodkie oraz lekko goździkowe. Wysycenie niskie, mocno rozgrzewające piwo.

BB 28.11.2017. amber lightly hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, caramel, nutty, marzipan, light smoke, berry notes, ripe fruits, tobacco. decent smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, sweet, brown sugar, chlorophyl, bit grassy, tobacco, ripe fruits, berry notes, nutty, marzipan, bit peppery. finishes lightly sweet with notes of earth, berry notes and some marzipan. not bad but rather weird flavour profile, a bit on the sweet side and a bit heavy. overall just drinkable.

18-06-17 // 500ml bottle from a trade with sklezpiwempl, thanks! My first sahti, so I dont have any comparison. I thought it was very interesting. Hazy orange beer. Flesje gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken met TomHendriksen en Roelzie. Rood-gelig, helder bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is houtig en rokerig. Smaak is fruitig en rokerig met een hint van asperge. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven en Roelzie1986. Het is een goudgeel bier met medium schuim. Het heeft beetje een rokerige smaak met wat kruidige afdronk.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy light orange golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat, clove and dry spicy banana. Taste of spices, banana, wheat, yeast and hints of smoke.

Hazy deep gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and a little soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweet malts, light cream. Banana and bubblegum esters. Mild spice. Sweet generic crystallised fruits. A vaguely cranberry like fruity tang. Smooth finish leaves a slightly spicy tang. Amusing.

Bottle shared in Warsaw at the home site. Pours mostly clear orange with a frothy, white head. Lots of doughy wheat bread in the nose, yeast, citrus, bread, banana. Big sweet flavour, lightly smokey, with more doughy bread, ripe tangerine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very sweet flavour, lightly salty, some meringue. Solid.
