We double whirlpooled and double dryhopped this New England DIPA and finished it off with orange zest for that extra citrus and tropical vibe. Mashed with great amounts of oats to give it its velvet mouthfeel and fermented with New England yeast to obtain its stone fruit character.

Bottle @ Peet. A bit weird. There's some hops in there but it's also salty, bread and a bit weird. Lacks punch. Medium body, soft carbo. --- Beer merged from original tick of Orange Lush* on 31 Dec 2018 at 21:39 - Score: 6. Original review text: Hop, beetje aarde- achtig, zout en deeg. Jammer.

03-10-18 330ml bottle from a trade with Taboada. Thanks! Hazy golden orange. White head. Sweet peachy gummybear nose. Creamy body. Hints of NE yeasty, Dipa body. Strong bitterness with grapefruit. Dominant bitter finish. Unbalanced. Interesting at first but only for a taster.

Danke an Taboada. Mittellanger Nachhall. 10/9/11/10/9/11
