Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before June 2019. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Just slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle. Clear golden looks of a typical Pilsener. Nice head. Aroma is grassy, grainy with a touch of citrus fruits. Taste is grassy, grainy and slightly fruity without being sweet. Some hoppy bitterness. Medium carbonation. Crisp, clean and easy drinking. It’s alright.

33cl bottle. Clear pale gold, fizzy short-lived white head. Aroma of pils malt and grasses. Taste is pils malt, grass, some apple. I would say it is tangy as noted in the description, and it is also fairly bitter for a pilsener. Decent.

Green bottle..
Straw gold, 1" head of foam, great lacing.
Grainy-corny nose with noticeable hop bitterness, typical aroma you get from a green bottle=light struck but not severely.
The hops are bitter, grassy. The malt is sweetish, grainy. The beer is more bitter than sweet. Should be an achieves that.
On the high end of light bodied, perfect carbonation.
The brewery makes some tasty brews and this is no exception. Reasonably priced too. I like.

330 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy bright straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness; with a very slight bit of skunk presence. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice balance and solid robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Flavors are quite clean with no obvious skunk notes in the taste. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good German pilsener style. All around good balance and solid robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to drink. A pleasant and enjoyable offering.
