The most structured of our IGAs comes from the heart of Nizza Monferrato thanks to the collaboration with the Cascina Garitina Winery, a producer of barbera in Castelboglione (AT).
It is a complex beer that requires a long period of maturation in the bottle, where it evolves over the months, gaining roundness and developing its special aroma of strawberry, cherry and more generally red fruits, embellished with notes of vanilla and almond.
Light ruby in color with garnet reflections, in the mouth it is round and complex. It is slightly tannic in the first months of life, but gains harmony after six months of aging in the bottle.

Bottled. An unclear red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of grapes, lemons, and funk. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of wood, grapes, alcohol, and funk, leading to a dry finish. 7/3/7/4/14

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal vinoso e dal sour. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'acido è pesante. La forza gustativa è normale. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di agrumi e mosto d'uva.

Brassigaume 2024. A clear reddish golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild red fruits, grapes, hints of smoke. Taste of red berries, grapes, some apples, sulfur.

Tap at the Prague Beet Fest 2023. Red body, dark amber more-like. Soft, smooth red grape aroma, lightly tart, pleasant. Very smooth taste, lightly tart red grapes. Simple, pleasant, props!
