650 ml bottle. Black body, with a medium, creamy, dark beige head. Aroma of soy sauce, tobacco, cocoa powder, bitter chocolate, coffee, moderate bourbon. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, roasty, wooden, with cocoa powder, tobacco, soy sauce, liquorice. Tasty. Robust and quite heavy, while quite smooth at the same time. Just enough sweetness to balance the diverse roasty notes. Really characterful stuff. 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

0,66l bottle at home shared by karrjin, big thanks. black color, small white head. smells black color, small coffee colored head. smells vanilla, light bourbon, light berries, earthy, light soy. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of soy sauce, spices, peppery, herbal, vanilla, earthy, some sweetness, light chocolate. finishes lightly sweet with notes of vanilla, spices and light soy sauce. gets a lot lot better once it warms up / had time to breath. very good one. 8, 4, 8, 4, 17

Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with some wood barrel, coconut and vanilla - Dark malt body with some good flavours from wood barrel , vanilla , and chared wood - Dark malt flavour with vanilla nad bourbon goes into the finish - This was real good

750ml bottle from Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong Bangkok and shared with the Kuala Lumpur Tasting Crew. The aroma is big coconut, chocolate, roasty, sugary, light molasses. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, oily, boozy, chocolate, slightly veggie palate with a rich boozy oily mouthfeel and a lingering alcohol bitter finish. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

Dark brown. Chocolate, has a hint of brown sugar, a decent amount of wood. This one comes across a bit harsh. I find the base here to be a bit thin, and the barrel presents as being a little bit harsh.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out whiskey barrels upfront, with toasted malt, and a touch of caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with burnt honey, toasted malt and a touch of whiskey barrels.
