Traditionell hoch vergoren, verleihen ihm drei ausgesuchte Hopfengaben zum richtigen Zeitpunkt seine ausgewogene, weiche Note – Bittere ist kaum spürbar. Ein genussvoller Teil bayerischer Lebens- und Bierkultur!

clear yellow, small white head. aroma is malty and slightly citrussy. flavor is malty, slightly sweet, note of dough, unaromatic hoppy bitterness.

swing top bottle 500ml. - Clear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, whiff of grass in the nose. Malty, dusty grassy, weak hoppy and hint of lemon with short bitterish finish. More than three weeks after BBE date but honestly not sure does that make any difference in general.

Clear golden with a massive off-white head quickly dissipating leaving no lacings. Aroma of faint grains, pale malt, grass, bread and sweet fruit. Taste starts grassy and bready, then over to the sweeter side of the malt, with almost hints of overriped fruit.. Slight earthy touch. Light to medium body, soft carbo, slight oily texture. Not a perfect Helles by any means, a tad too sweetish for the style for me.

Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit hayish, seems a bit sweeter than most helles I’ve tasted. Average body and carbonation.
