Traditionell hoch vergoren, verleihen ihm drei ausgesuchte Hopfengaben zum richtigen Zeitpunkt seine ausgewogene, weiche Note – Bittere ist kaum spürbar. Ein genussvoller Teil bayerischer Lebens- und Bierkultur!

From tap at Monchshof Fulda. Clear yellow color with white head. Malty aroma, grain, corn. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

0.5l flip-top bottle from rewe in weil. pours a clear very pale golden with a frothy white head. aroma of sweet grains. flavour of sweet grains, hay, bread, soap, just a hint of oily spiciness. a bit light for a good helles.

50cl Bottle from REWE Stenten. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, sweet malts, light bread. Flavour is sweet, malty, light bread, tiny hint of toast, very faint grassy bitter finish. Light bodied. So boring it hurts.

Bottle shared at St Judes Tavern, Ipswich. Pours a pale gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of hop, bread and grain. Light/medium body, texture rather thin. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Not really a fan.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly grainy and perfumed pale malty aroma with hints of herbal spice in the background. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Subtle grainy malty taste with traces of sour dough and very shy hoppy notes from far behind; moderately sweet and slim malty finish with a very restrained level of bitterness. Boring stuff. 30.III.15

o,50 bottle purchased at Beerville shop in Belgrade-Serbia. Ciao Vlada! Pours filtered golden color, tick and medium white foam. Nose: mild grainy notes, a bit of cornish but not that bad. Some yeast if you keep sniffing. Mouth: very watery in a bad way, esile body, some grains here and there but extremely boring. Addio!
